Mr. Abrams is Partner-in-Charge of Benesch's Indianapolis office and a member of the firm's Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group. He represents banks and lending institutions, developers, landlords, tenants, builders, contractors and all types of business owners. Mr. Abrams has represented companies and lenders in documenting different types of transactions, including acquisition and development of land, shopping centers, office and industrial buildings, acquisition of businesses, development loans, construction loans and leases for various property types. Mr. Abrams is the 2014 President of the Indianapolis Bar Association. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis and his B.S. from Miami University.
Mr. Wild is chair of the Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters, with an emphasis on development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and joint venture work. He has extensive experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating all types of complex development, redevelopment and financing documents. Mr. Wild recently spent a significant portion of his time counseling clients in connection with the restructuring and repositioning of troubled real estate developments. Mr. Wild received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Yeshiva University.
Mr. Zalud is chair of the firm’s Transportation & Logistics Practice Group and its Litigation Practice Group. Benesch’s Transportation & Logistics Practice Group was recently ranked first in the country in the 2014 Edition of U.S. News & World Report/Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms.” Mr. Zalud has litigated or arbitrated matters in 29 states, before state and federal trial and appellate courts in various jurisdictions, and before the Surface Transportation Board, the Department of Veterans Affairs and the United States Olympic Committee. Mr. Zalud focuses his practice primarily upon commercial litigation, transportation, logistics and e-commerce law consult and litigation, TCPA class action litigation, insurance, coverage and bad faith matters, and product liability matters, including medical device defense, consumer product defense and industrial product defense. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his B.A., cum laude, from Miami University.
