Benesch announces that four attorneys have been named partners:

- Robert A. Marchant – Corporate & Securities Practice Group, Cleveland Office
Ms. Hoover has experience representing corporate and high net worth individual debtors, chapter 11 and chapter 7 trustees, unsecured creditors' committees, landlords, and secured and unsecured creditors in all aspects of commercial bankruptcy, including reorganizations, liquidations, and non-bankruptcy out-of-court restructurings. Ms. Hoover received her B.A., cum laude, from Franklin & Marshall College and her J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law.
Mr. Korland represents national and regional property owners, developers, tenants, lenders and borrowers, including Fortune 500 companies, private equity funds and large public REITs, in all facets of commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States. He also provides counseling on a broad range of general real estate and business matters, and frequently assists clients with corporate formation issues, joint venture structuring, contract negotiations, leasing matters and financing transactions. Mr. Korland received his B.A., cum laude, from Brandeis University, his M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
Mr. Marchant focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions as well as private debt and equity financing. He has experience in cross border joint ventures and strategic alliances. Mr. Marchant represents companies at various stages of growth and has been involved in planning for growth companies helping to position them for various stages of financing. Mr. Marchant has represented various private equity funds with acquisitions and divestitures and has represented portfolio companies of such funds. Mr. Marchant received his B.S. from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law.
