Benesch is pleased to announce that Jeffrey J. Wild has been named Firm Administrative Partner and Chief Strategy Officer, Kevin D. Margolis has been named Integration Partner and Jared E. Oakes has been named Vice-Chair of the Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group.
Jeff Wild’s role as Firm Administrative Partner and Chief Strategy Officer will help keep Benesch strategically focused on the firm’s formal growth plan, and will collaborate with senior management and practice group leaders in the areas of business strategy and planning, hiring and recruiting, and administration. He is currently a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Chair of the Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group. Jeff’s practice is focused on commercial real estate matters, with an emphasis on development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and joint venture work.
Kevin Margolis will assume the role of Integration Partner and will be managing the firm’s effort to support the growth of the firm and new lateral hires. Kevin is also a member of the Executive Committee. He focuses his practice on the environmental aspects of business, commercial lending, and real estate transactions and financing.
Jared Oakes, Vice-Chair of the Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group, will assist with the administrative, business and client development, and recruiting efforts of the Group. Jared’s practice is focused on the representation of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Real Estate Operating Companies (REOCs), institutional investors, lenders, private equity funds and other public and private investors, developers and owners of commercial real estate, with a particular focus on large scale development projects and corporate real estate.
