Benesch’s Litigation group has been named a Recommended firm by Benchmark Litigation for the first time - for 2016. Congratulations to Joe Castrodale who has been named a Local Litigation Star, and to Yelena Boxer and Greg Phillips who have been named Future Stars. The Benchmark analysis of the firm says:
Benesch is a business-oriented full-service shop with offices in Cleveland and Columbus in Ohio, as well as Hackensack, NJ; Indianapolis, Philadelphia, Wilmington, and overseas in Shanghai. In July 2015, the Cleveland office benefited greatly when its roster was boosted by a sizeable group that defected from Ulmer & Berne. The new recruits include litigation star Joseph Castrodale as well as future stars Yelena Boxer and Gregory Phillips. Castrodale, a noted presence in the Cleveland litigation community, acts with Phillips for Vantiv in several matters, including a Lanham Act claim and a privacy-related class action. Castrodale acted with Boxer for Eaton on a $9 million breach-of-contract case arising out of a major transaction with GM.
