CLEVELAND, OHIO – December 23, 2008 – Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP announced that Marc R. Hertrick has joined the firm as an associate in its Construction and Litigation Practice Groups.
Mr. Hertrick represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, sureties and manufacturers in matters involving public and private construction projects. Mr. Hertrick has represented construction clients in federal and state court, as well as in arbitration.
Prior to joining Benesch, Mr. Hertrick was an associate at a Washington D.C.-area firm specializing in construction and surety litigation.
Mr. Hertrick received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2003 and his B.A. summa cum laude from Bowling Green State University in 1999.
