Mr. Barrie's practice centers around bankruptcy and commercial real estate litigation. He focuses on bankruptcies, workouts, reorganizations, distressed debt situations, mortgage foreclosures, receiverships, landlord/tenant disputes and related litigated. He has represented debtors/borrowers, trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, committees, lenders, servicers, landlords, developers and real property owners in federal and state courts, including in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Barrie received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 2000, and his B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1997.
