Ms. Benedict is an associate in the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Ms. Benedict focuses her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and corporate governance matters. She represents both privately and publicly held companies.  Ms. Benedict previously worked at a global accounting firm where she served as manager for assurance engagements of private and public companies, including special transactions, SEC registration statements and initial public offerings.
