Chris Lalak is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. He focuses his practice on representing employers in employment litigation and counseling, as well as representing employers in investigations and other proceedings before government agencies. Chris has experience litigating discrimination claims, employer duty of loyalty, covenants not to compete, trade secrets, wage and hour, and workers’ compensation cases.

Chris has experience handling labor and employment matters for clients in a variety of industries, including transportation, health care, manufacturing, and retail sales. Prior to joining Benesch, Chris served honorably as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
