Mark has firm-wide responsibility for the management and coordination of all Benesch office locations. Mark’s responsibilities include oversight of legal secretarial and administrative support staff, docket, reception, library research and reference materials, as well as client file management and physical facilities.
Under Mark’s direction, the firm has established a comprehensive file management and disposition policy. He has also led several continuous improvement teams bringing substantial improvements to our current systems and operations. He has effected efficiencies that have resulted in significant reductions in operating costs, e.g., increasing attorney to secretary ratios by over 40%, significantly reducing library electronic and hard-copy print reference material costs, and working with various firm vendors and suppliers to decrease overall firm expenditures.
