Ms. Rosenbeck is an associate with the firm's Not-For-Profit and Health Care practice groups.
Ms. Rosenbeck focuses her practice on serving the various needs of not-for-profit clients. Much of her practice involves tax and corporate planning for not-for-profit organizations, including public charities, private foundations and health care organizations. Ms Rosenbeck assists clients in the formation of not-for-profit entities, qualifying for state and federal tax exemptions, corporate reorganizations and acquisitions, and lobbying and political contribution tax compliance. She advises both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations on issues relating to charitable sales promotions, commercial co-ventures and corporate sponsorships. Ms. Rosenbeck also counsels clients on best practices in corporate governance and ongoing tax compliance matters.
In addition, Ms. Rosenbeck assists health care clients with state and federal licensure matters, corporate reorganizations and acquisitions, and compliance with state and federal regulations including Anti-Kickback, Stark,and HIPAA.
Ms. Rosenbeck is an active member of the firm's Not-For-Profit Initiative and a regular contributor to and editor of Perspectives, the firm's quarterly not-for-profit newsletter.
