Gregory Lucht Joins Trial Practice Group

CLEVELAND, OHIO – December 19, 2006 – Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP is pleased to announce that Gregory J. Lucht has recently joined the firm as an associate in the Trial Practice Group.

Prior to joining Benesch, he worked for four years in the litigation department of an Akron law firm. He has represented clients in complex legal issues such as: the liability of contractors/subcontractors, construction defects/improper materials, utility company's failure to adhere to industry standards, product liability claims, Federal Motor Carrier Regulations, piercing the corporate veil, and commercial disputes involving breach of contract and fraud claims.

Mr. Lucht received his J.D. magna cum laude from The University of Akron School of Law in 2002, and his B.A. in history from Grove City College in 1999.
