Kendra conducts attorney and paralegal searches for all practice groups across all office locations.
While crafting and compiling job postings, identifying best search tactics for the firm, and managing the interviewing process, Kendra continues to identify and recruit top talent for Benesch. In addition, Kendra serves as integration manager for lateral hires, where she is able to establish and maintain vendor relationships, such as with external recruiters when necessary.
Kendra works closely with the CTO and DEI Committee to set and implement DEI goals in relation to recruiting and hiring. As Kendra manages ApplicantPRO, the firm’s resume database, she can include demographics on candidates which contribute to the firms Mansfield 5.0 Rule Certification and other diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Prior to joining Benesch, Kendra served as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager for the Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism, where she promoted integrity, civility, and professionalism to lawyers and judges alike.
