Familiar with every aspect of conduit financing, Mr. George divides his work among acute care, long-term care, industrial development, multi-family housing, 501(c)(3) and energy-related financings. He is familiar with every role involved in a bond financing, and serves as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, issuer's counsel, borrower's counsel, bank counsel and special derivative counsel.
Mr. George has served as counsel for transactions ranging from $300,000 to $500,000,000 for clients such as Catholic Healthcare Partners, Goodwill Industries, YMCA and Masonic Homes.
Mr. George frequently speaks at meetings of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), the Advocate of Not-for-Profit Services for Older Ohioans (AOPHA) and banking organizations, as well as at economic development seminars.
