Sarah Hesse is an associate in the Benesch’s Chicago office who focuses her practice on securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, and financial services regulatory matters.
Sarah has experience representing both issuers and underwriters in debt and equity offerings. Sarah regularly counsels public and private clients in securities compliance and corporate governance matters. She also counsels investment adviser clients on a variety of regulatory matters.
Sarah received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Marquette University in 2006 and her J.D., magna cum laude, in 2009 from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she was conference editor of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal.
