Benesch is pleased to announce that Susan M. White has joined the firm’s Cleveland office.
Susan is an associate in Benesch's Litigation and Construction Practice Groups. She represents subcontractors, contractors, suppliers, sureties and project owners in contract negotiation and drafting, negligence, breach of contract, breach of warranty, construction defect, design deficiencies, delay, changed site condition, and lien claims. Susan also represents clients in all facets of complex commercial litigation disputes in state and federal courts including shareholder disputes, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, director and officer liability and defense, and asset purchases and sales.

Susan received her J.D. from the Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2010 where she was a member of the Cleveland State Law Review and her B.A. in Political Science and History from the Ohio Wesleyan University in 2006. From 2011 to 2013, Susan was a law clerk for the Honorable Janet Burnside of the Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas.
