Join partner Matt Gurbach as he moderates a discussion on the conditions at the Cuyahoga County Jail with Judge John J. Russo, Administrative and Presiding Judge of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas and Brandy Carney, Chief at Cuyahoga County Public Safety & Justice.

At the end of last month the U.S. Marshals released a report that detailed inhumane conditions and civil rights issues within the Cuyahoga County Jail. In response, Judge John J. Russo sent a letter to his colleagues warning that a federal lawsuit over the conditions discovered in the jail could be filed soon.

No RSVP is required. Each talk is open to the public and hosted as a brown bag lunch event. If you are unable to attend, you can watch on the CMBA’s Facebook live video.
