Anthony Sallah is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and counsels and assists clients in complex commercial litigation matters. His practice focuses on litigation of business disputes in federal and state court at the trial and appellate level, and in front of various arbitration tribunals. This includes consumer-related class action litigation, prosecuting and defending false advertising and counterfeit Lanham Act cases, securities litigation, and director and officer liability. Anthony is also a co-editor of Benesch’s Class Action Blog.
Additionally, Anthony is a member of the firm’s Construction Law Practice Group. He represents clients in both the prosecution and defense of claims involving deficient design, productivity and scheduling, acceleration and compression, and deficient installation of work. Anthony has litigated on behalf of and against owners, contractors, designers, sureties, and engineering professionals in various types of construction environments, including oil refineries, large scale industrial facilities, hotels, and schools.
