LeAnn Davis is Of Counsel in Benesch's Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group and focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions and finance, land use and zoning, and real property-related civil litigation. She assists clients in all phases of complex real estate transactions, including planning, negotiation, legal research and analysis, documentation, and closing. LeAnn represents commercial lenders, real estate developers, corporations and investors in the financing, acquisition, development, sale, and leasing of commercial real estate and related corporate asset transactions.
