Mark Phillips is a partner with the firm's Litigation and Insolvency & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group. His practice focuses on complex commercial, corporate, and securities litigation, with a particular emphasis in corporate governance, shareholder disputes, and bankruptcy litigation. His commercial litigation experience includes both bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy cases involving lender liability, fraudulent transfer and avoidance actions. Mark also has litigated unfair competition, business tort, and corporate control cases in a variety of state, federal and international settings.
