Before joining Benesch, Oscar was a commercial litigation associate at an international law firm, where he gained experience in substantive motion practice, discovery, legal research, and more. Among his matters, Oscar advised clients on compliance with privacy-related rules and regulations.
Oscar previously worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Terry J. Hatter, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
While at UCLA School of Law, Oscar served as Chief Articles Editor of the Journal of Law and Technology and Managing Editor of the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. He also served as a legal clinic faculty assistant.
