Suzanne Alton de Eraso is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and focuses her practice on class action defense and complex commercial litigation. She routinely defends her clients against fraud, unfair and deceptive practices, breach of contract, false advertising, unfair competition, internal investigations, and trade disparagement claims in both state and federal court. She also asserts and defends claims of trade secret misappropriation, as well as patent, trademark and copyright infringement claims, from pre-filing investigations to discovery management to trial preparation. Suzanne provides regulatory advice to ensure her clients are compliant with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, FCC consumer product labeling regulations, Digital Millennium Copyright Act and Communications Decency Act safe harbors, data privacy laws, and a variety of other state and federal regulations.
