Andrew focuses his practice on real estate matters and supporting clients through transactional work. He was drawn to the legal field for its blend of problem-solving and helping people, and he brings a positive, collaborative approach to his work.
Before joining the firm full-time, Andrew spent two summers with Benesch, gaining hands-on experience and learning the importance of strong relationships and teamwork. His academic and early professional experience have helped him develop a strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.
Representative Experience
- Represented a large private credit lender on two loan facilities totaling $197.5 million, secured by 59 properties across more than 20 states. Benesch served as co-counsel, leading all diligence efforts and handling recordable loan documents and opinion workstreams.
- Represented a major multifamily developer in the financing and joint venture of a multifamily development.
- Represented a major multifamily developer in the financing and development of a multifamily property.
- Represented a client in the $11.25 million sale of a 26-acre lakefront residential property in Illinois.
