Annie advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as publicly and privately held companies, on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, and other strategic endeavors, in addition to general corporate compliance matters.

Annie works across a variety of regulated industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, food and beverage, and industrial services. Annie has experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents and commercial contracts, conducting buy and sell-side due diligence, and facilitating post-closing integration.

Analytical, thoughtful, and commercially sensible, Annie is a deal partner who aligns her legal counsel with clients’ business objectives to help drive successful outcomes. As a former in-house attorney, she brings a strong understanding of how legal and commercial priorities intersect and enjoys working on transactions that deliver meaningful strategic and financial impact. Annie values the long-term relationships she builds with clients and takes pride in helping shape the trajectory of their growth and investments over time.

Annie maintains an active pro bono practice, including asylum matters and drafting estate documents for front-line workers. Prior to joining Benesch, Annie worked in-house at Golub Capital. Before that, she practiced at Winston & Strawn.
