As the legal office manager in the San Francisco office, Beeba is in charge of the office's administrative operations. He helps assist litigation partners with trial logistics and plays a vital role in growing the San Francisco office. Beeba also works with other departments to evaluate the firm's and office's growth and progress. In addition, he is constantly working on improving the office's productivity and efficiency.
Before joining Benesch, Beeba worked at an AM Law 100 firm, where he assisted the managing partner and was also the manager for their San Francisco office. During the COVID-19 pandemic he received the firm's Hero Award – where only one staff member is selected yearly for this award.
Beeba believes in being a one-stop shop for attorneys and partners – assisting and guiding young associates with firm policy and how to utilize their staff and paralegals.
