Brandon is an experienced litigator who represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial disputes with a focus on guiding clients through every stage of litigation, including appeals.
His diverse practice includes complex commercial matters, partnership and investor disputes, defamation litigation, insurance disputes and real estate litigation. Brandon has significant hands-on experience managing all phases of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, expert discovery, motion practice, oral argument and alternative dispute resolution. A persuasive and creative advocate, known for his strategic and straightforward approach, Brandon works closely with clients and his teams to provide efficient results designed to help clients meet their business goals and needs. Prior to joining Benesch, Brandon gained a wide variety of experience clerking for nearly two years in the New York Supreme Court, a year in the Guam Superior Court, and for a boutique New York real estate law firm.
