Courtney O’Connor brings more than a decade of experience in practice management, having managed and optimized practice groups at AmLaw 100 firms. She has a deep understanding of the legal industry and its operational dynamics, making her instrumental in strategic planning, talent integration and financial oversight.
Working closely with practice group leadership, Courtney drives operational efficiency and enhances service delivery in support of broader strategic goals. Her collaborative approach and focus on execution have contributed to the success of numerous cross-functional initiatives. Prior to joining Benesch, Courtney served as Senior Director of Practice Management at an AmLaw 100 firm. She holds an M.S. in Human Capital Management from St. Joseph’s University and is based in New York.
