Eileen’s litigation practice represents a diverse array of clients in complex commercial disputes spanning major financial institutions, securitization trustees, class action plaintiffs, escrow and brokerage companies, insurers, investors, and sophisticated individuals and entities navigating high-stakes litigation.
She is known for her ability to manage the day-to-day of complex cases, lead oral arguments, and prepare and defend witnesses—particularly those who require extra care and thorough preparation. Eileen is accomplished in handling a wide range of issues, including breach of contract actions, antitrust violations, insurance coverage disputes, wire and securities fraud, and constitutional claims. Her experience extends across state and federal courts, with significant work in New York’s Commercial Division and federal jurisdictions nationwide.
Litigation is more than a profession for Eileen—it’s a family tradition. As the seventh of eight children in a family of lawyers and educators, and the daughter of a litigator, Eileen brings a personal passion and a client-centered mindset to her work. She is dedicated to understanding what matters most to her clients, developing strategies aligned with their goals, and ensuring they feel supported and informed at every stage of the process. She is also deeply committed to pro bono work, having advocated for inmates and detainees in actions against city and state prisons and represented clients in constitutional and voting rights matters.
Eileen’s work has been recognized by numerous organizations, including being named a 2021 Notable Woman in Law by Crain’s New York Business, a 2018 Woman Worth Watching by Profiles in Diversity Journal, and a multi-year Rising Star and Top Women Attorney by New York Metro Super Lawyers. She was also recognized as a 2026 One to Watch by Best Lawyers.
