Representing sophisticated middle-market private equity funds, independent sponsors and their portfolio companies, George has led numerous private equity transactions. He is experienced across several industrial sectors, including manufacturing, franchise businesses, healthcare, food and beverage, business services, consumer products and industrial services.

George skillfully navigates his private equity clients through large complex deals and add-on acquisitions, in addition to servicing the ongoing day-to-day legal needs of their portfolio companies. He also advises on general corporate matters, including entity formation, governance, equity holder agreements and other day-to-day projects. Additionally, he works with publicly and privately held companies on a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments and other strategic transactions.
