Janelle is a paralegal with the firm’s Commercial Finance & Banking Practice Group, bringing over 17 years of commercial real estate experience.
She is experienced in providing due diligence and support with respect to:
- Reviewing title, survey and zoning matters in connection with commercial real estate working directly with title companies, surveyors and zoning agents and drafting title and survey objection letters and responses to same.
- Conventional, HUD and SBA loan transactions secured by real estate and related business transactions, including drafting and/or reviewing of loan and ancillary loan documents, officer’s certificates, corporate resolutions, UCC financing statements, closing agendas, closing binders, purchase agreements, mortgages, assignment of leases and rents, subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements, and easement agreements.
- National lease transactions, including drafting leases, lease amendments and terminations, estoppel certificates and review and analysis of leases.
When Janelle is not reviewing title and survey or assisting with loan transactions, she can be found salsa dancing and practicing yoga. She lives in Geauga County with her husband and their dog Hazel.
Janelle is also a certified notary public.
