Julie is a paralegal in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group, where she supports attorneys in all aspects of corporate transactions. Her experience includes preparing closing documents, updating operating and dissolution agreements, revising statutory agent appointment agreements, and drafting and filing forms with Secretary of State offices.
She has also volunteered with The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland as a Virtual Docket Volunteer, where she interviewed and pre-screened tenants facing eviction to determine their eligibility for the Right to Counsel Program. During her time there, Julie observed eviction dockets in Cleveland Housing Court to gain a deeper understanding of the process and identify documentation discrepancies.
