Krista represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters in both federal and state courts, including high-profile venues such as the Delaware Court of Chancery. She has a broad-based litigation practice handling cases nationwide in areas such as mass torts, product liability, contractual and property disputes, bankruptcy, and securities fraud.
Krista is actively involved at every stage of the litigation lifecycle, from pre-litigation through trial. Her pre-litigation work includes conducting fact-intensive investigations, interviewing witnesses, analyzing case law, and assessing potential claims and defenses. During litigation, she manages discovery disputes, conducts and defends depositions, and prepares pleadings, motions, and briefs. As a key member of trial teams, Krista plays a central role in trial strategy and preparation.
Krista earned her B.A. from Georgetown University and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, she interned for the Honorable Deborah K. Chasanow of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and externed for the Honorable Lydia Kay Griggsby of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. During her third year of law school, she represented nonprofit organizations before federal courts and agencies, advocating for enforcement actions that advance the public interest in communications and technology policy.
