Her goal is to cultivate an environment where attorneys and staff feel valued and empowered, performance is rewarded and people are inspired to contribute meaningfully to the firm’s success.
Lauren brings extensive experience across the full HR function, including recruitment and onboarding, diversity and inclusion, training and development, performance management, policy design and budget administration. She has a proven track record of designing and implementing policies that enhance productivity, improve retention and strengthen workplace culture.
Lauren works closely with the firm’s Legal Recruiting team to shape hiring practices for law students and lateral attorneys, and she leads initiatives related to onboarding, integration, professional development and performance management. Lauren also plays a key role in advancing the firm’s inclusion efforts and driving process improvements that support the long-term success of the firm and its people.
