Michael represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies in strategic transactions. He has experience conducting due diligence, drafting memoranda on substantive and procedural issues, researching matters related to mergers and acquisitions and related licensing requirements, reviewing transactional documents and assisting senior attorneys throughout each stage of the deal process.
During law school, Michael externed for the Honorable Judge Daniel Hawkins, where he conducted legal research, drafted orders on motions, prepared memoranda and gained valuable courtroom exposure that informs his work as an attorney.
