Bringing over 20 years of legal experience to her post, Michelle plays a key role in supporting the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. She manages case files from inception to resolution, oversees discovery and case management, and prepares critical legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, discovery motions, subpoenas, and settlement agreements. Michelle has also served as a hot seat operator for numerous trials.

Michelle has worked on a wide range of cases, including white-collar defense, false claims and qui tam litigation, complex civil litigation, commercial litigation, professional liability, labor and employment matters, class actions, multidistrict litigation, product liability, mass torts, financial institution and securities litigation, real estate and federal and state appellate proceedings.
