Nathalie represents companies in high-stakes intellectual property and commercial disputes.
Nathalie’s practice focuses on trade secret, copyright, and First Amendment cases, as well as a wide range of commercial claims. She also advises clients on strategic and compliance issues, including website accessibility. She has broad litigation experience, including pre-litigation settlement negotiations; drafting and arguing motions; managing document discovery; and taking and defending depositions. She has been a member of several arbitration and trial teams. Nathalie has litigated in state and federal courts around the country.
