Having counseled clients in the healthcare, technology, and manufacturing industries, Parth has a wealth of experience to draw on when developing creative strategies to address client needs.
Parth’s academic and professional background in healthcare allows him to provide exceptional value to healthcare clients. Before joining Benesch, Parth assisted multiple healthcare entities, such as physician groups, pharmacies, and insurers, in responding to False Claim Act lawsuits by drafting motions to dismiss, propounding and responding to written discovery, and conducting fact investigations. Additionally, Parth assisted a pharmacy benefits manager in a high-stakes contract dispute by drafting a final arbitration submission on an expedited schedule.
Previously, Parth also advised a technology company in responding to the Government’s allegations of grant fraud. This involved investigating the veracity of the Government’s claims, tracing where Government grant funds were spent, and negotiating a favorable settlement.
Additionally, Parth defended a plastic injection molding company accused of fraud and contract violations. He drafted counterclaims, motions to dismiss, written discovery, and discovery motions.
