Rachel focuses her practice on labor and employment law, bringing a people-first mentality and a passion for problem-solving to every matter she handles. Rachel’s approach to legal issues is rooted in a deep understanding of human and societal complexities, allowing her to navigate the nuanced challenges that arise in the workplace.
Rachel’s experience includes drafting pleadings and discovery, preparing employee handbooks, and drafting and revising separation agreements and motions for summary judgment. She has supported clients through all stages of litigation, from answering complaints and engaging in discovery to participating in settlement discussions. Her time at the Columbus City Attorney’s office provided her with valuable exposure to litigation, including observing depositions, writing research memos, and attending a federal trial.
