He has also contributed to class action defense, contract disputes, and pro bono matters, such as asylum and religious discrimination cases. His experience includes drafting motions, briefs, and affidavits, as well as conducting in-depth legal research for clients across Ohio and the nation.
During law school, Bobby was Editor-in-Chief of the Case Western Reserve Law Review and participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinic, where he advocated for clients in hearings and presented oral argument before the Ninth District Court of Appeals in Ohio. He also externed for Magistrate Judge Jonathan Greenberg, gaining valuable insight into the judicial process.
A first-generation college graduate and attorney, Bobby is proud of his work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction, values instilled by his hardworking family.
