His experience spans domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and post-transaction integration, joint ventures and strategic alliances, complex financing transactions, restructurings, recapitalizations and asset divestitures.
Steve also advises emerging and middle-market companies on entity formation, growth strategies and capital raising, negotiates commercial agreements and provides guidance to businesses of all sizes in designing practical, scalable solutions that balance risks and opportunities.
