Tamara brings over twenty years of legal recruiting experience with significant industry knowledge and connections.
Before joining Benesch in 2023, Tamara was the Director of Attorney Recruiting for an AmLaw 50 firm for over eight years, directing firm-wide attorney recruitment efforts. She was responsible for talent acquisition, integration, and retention for the summer associate program, associates, counsel, partners, and groups. Tamara worked closely with firm-wide management to build and execute firm-wide consistency in recruiting strategies, processes, and policies.
In addition, Tamara has experience working in the Attorney Recruitment capacity at other AmLaw firms as well as the Director at a national search firm specializing in attorney recruiting and talent management consulting for major AmLaw firms, regional powerhouses, and specialty boutiques.
Tamara is an active member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) and is the past president of NALP's Recruiting Administrators of Charlotte (RAC). She is a frequent speaker at law schools and recruiting industry events.
