As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Associate Shannon Henry to the Labor & Employment Practice Group in Cleveland.
Shannon focuses her practice on defending clients in employment litigation ranging from whistleblower suits to national collective action lawsuits under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Her experience includes drafting discovery responses, conducting and defending depositions, preparing witnesses for trial, second-chairing trials, and drafting post-hearing briefs. She also counsels clients on labor and employment compliance on both buy-side and sell-side corporate transactions. In addition, Shannon advises nonprofit employers in all aspects of employment law, including work programs, employee investigations, and terminations.
Shannon received her Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
