Joshua advises his clients on matters related to corporate governance, securities, and real estate law. He provides his clients with high-level legal solutions for fund formation, acquisitions and dispositions, and debt financing. Joshua has experience navigating his clients in complex financial transactions, securities offerings, and general real estate and corporate matters.
Joshua earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, and his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
