Aslam has a broad transactional practice, including capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters. Aslam represents issuers and underwriters on a variety of complex securities matters, including initial public offerings, other public and private equity offerings, investment grade and high-yield debt offerings, acquisition financings, debt tender offers, exchange offers, and other refinancing transactions. In addition, Aslam advises clients with respect to general corporate and corporate governance matters.
Aslam received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and his B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Northwestern University.
