Benesch welcomes Cameron M. Hilling as an associate in the firm’s Benesch Healthcare+ Practice Group in Cleveland.
Cam focuses his practice on Healthcare business transactions and has experience representing organizations in a broad range of transactions and corporate matters, including: real estate acquisition, disposition, and development; financing; mergers and acquisitions; and corporate governance.
Cam received his B.A. from Heidelberg University and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
