With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Adam’s practice focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, development, redevelopment, investment, management and finance of multifamily residential, office, retail, hotel, mixed-use and industrial properties. He regularly represents REITs, developers, investors, lenders, private equity funds and other institutional and non-institutional clients in sophisticated real estate transactions. Notably, Adam recently represented one of the largest multifamily developers in the country in the $93.5 million disposition of a Class A multifamily project in Florida.
Additionally, Adam is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and International Council of Shopping Centers. He also serves on the board of the Monroe Street Historic Cemetery Foundation and is a mentor in the Ohio Supreme Court Lawyer to Lawyer Mentorship Program.
