As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Associate Nathan H. Trunnell to the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in New York.
Nathan represents public and private companies and financial advisor clients in all aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, minority investments, and divestitures. He has experience advising clients regarding various issues in connection with transactions, including general corporate law, federal securities law, stock exchange requirements, contractual obligations, and post-closing disputes.
In addition, Nathan drafts and negotiates transaction documentation, including purchase agreements, merger agreements, stockholder agreements, regulatory filings, and various ancillary documents. He also conducts and supervises due diligence in various contexts, including acquisitions. Nathan earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Columbia University.
