As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Associate Antonia “Nina” Stabile to the Litigation Practice Group in San Francisco.
Antonia is a litigator with experience defending against consumer class actions and has handled a broad range of complex commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Benesch, Antonia focused her practice on false advertising class actions, representing food, beverage, and supplement companies at all stages of litigation, including trial. Antonia has also litigated high-profile trade secret disputes and other claims involving contracts, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud. Antonia has represented clients in both state and federal litigation, as well as in arbitration, and has experience drafting dispositive motions, appearing in court, and taking cases to trial.
During law school, Antonia served as a judicial extern in Los Angeles Superior Court. She also worked as a legal writing fellow and received the Roger Sherman Memorial Prize in Intellectual Property. Antonia earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and her B.A. in French language and literature from Georgetown University.
