Adam’s practice focuses on real estate and corporate matters. He is skilled in drafting and negotiating agreements for a variety of real estate transactions, including financings, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Adam earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University – Bloomington.
