Benesch welcomes Chelsea Wender as an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group in Chicago.
Prior to joining Benesch, Chelsea worked as an associate at a multi-national law firm where she gained experience with private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She assists companies in a variety of transactional matters, including entity structure, formation, corporate governance, and financing transactions.
Chelsea received her J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2021, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of Human Rights. She also earned her B.A. in Political Science from Roosevelt University.
