Mr. Margolis is Chair of the firm’s Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group, Co-Chair of the Energy Practice Group and a member of Benesch’s Executive Committee. He focuses his practice on the environmental aspects of real estate transactions, distressed property, business transactions, construction and commercial lending and real estate finance matters. A significant portion of his practice involves the re-development and environmental remediation of brownfield sites.
